Caxton Street Seafood Festival

is Caxton Street Seafood Festival!!! well, tis is the 1st time tat we r going to it & tis is once a yr event. i was expecting lots of seafood, fresh and big portion! maybe something like Sydney Fish Market, however, it was a bit of disappointment. but still is an unique experience eating seafood platter and seafood basket under the super duper HOT sunny SUN!!! hahaha... & everywhere u can see pple holding on to beer bottle, can of beer or glasses of wine enjoying the loud music and having fun. is really amazing tat they can start to drink and get high at such early hr of the day. me, huiying and her 2 frens, Nicole and Aaron reached there at abt 2pm. in broad daylight, everyone seems drunk and HIGH! i tink if is later in the nite, the whole area will be far from wat we can expect ah. hahaha... even the food was kinda under expectation, me and huiying found something new and nice. tat is along the street, there r alot of PUBS! we r tinking it could be a new area tat we can chill out and have fun. heehee... i tink in normal days, tis area shld be very HIGH in atmosphere for chilling out, drinking and enjoyment. is near to our house too so shld be convenient. heehe... great! if time permits, we really shld and share drop by any of the PUBS to chill out. dear huiying, shall we? :D

Aaron, Nicole, Huiying & I! seated along the street to enjoy our seafood! (tat is wat everyone else is doing) for me, i was wearing skirt but heckcare oso ah... a bit ma fan but i tink bo bian ah, need to sit down oso. hahaha... trying to cover here and there of cos.

tis is the seafood platter... we spotted it when pple was walking past us and eating it. heehee... we r very alert leh. so we caught up with the person and asked where did she got it. with her direction, we got our share too! heehee...

up close and personal with the Seafood Platter... there r BIG yummy prawns, stir-fried sotongs, calamari rings, stir-fried slice of fish and chips! act alot of the ingredients in tis seafood platter r out of STOCK when we r buying. the shuai ge who was serving us was very kind to offer to replace some ingredients and asked us wat we wanna. so of cos, i very bu ke qi and asked for "can we have more prawns?" heehee... & Nicole asked for FREE coleslaw! woohoo~!!! so there we r, unique seafood platter...

Me & Huiying with our prawns... unfair hor, her prawn is BIGGER than mine! oh well, she keep stressing is becos her prawn is still wearing a layer of "clothes" so it seems bigger. as for mine, is already "naked"! hahaha...

really alot of pple at the festival!!! even taking photos had been quite a hassle with pple walking in front of the camer and we gota stand, smile and wait! hahaha.. and pple will try to get in the photo too. :D

end of the seafood festival updates...

becos is sunday, everywhere closed early so there we r, returning home early for dinner and to await the show "Big Brother"! then our dear fren, Mr Isaac sms me to ask if we r still at the festival. i said we r not & going home after a FULL seafood feast. so he came over to our house with beer at nite to chill out. hahaha... not really in mood to drink by then but still can chit chat lah. ended up after watching the old movie "scream", we chit chat till 4.30am! gosh~~!!! surely very long winded sia... whahaha... & at abt 3am, someone came knocking at our door... we din ans. but when Isaac went outside later, he saw a guy, NAKED! is totally naked without anything on him. gosh~~!!! i tink he is trying to knock our door and hopefully we can open the door & see ah. tis is the 1st time we encounter such ting here sia. thank god, we din open the door, if not we will have sore eyes ah... hahaha... we concluded tat maybe the grp of them having some games, TRUE or DARE? & he muz have got the DARE! whahaha...
