Korean Hotplate Dinner.. *yum *yum

Thursday was a round of feast at Fiona's place with Jap Curry and Apple Crumble (photos r not available as yet so i wun blog on tat ah. hahaha...)

& yesterday was a fun and tiring day! had to go to uni to meet my groupmates for the debate we r going to have in abt 2 weeks time. had a round of discussion and came up with a slogan for our topic and argument. we r the opposition and this topic itself does not benefit us at all BUT we r finding loopholes in between the topic's statement so that we can have some valid points to argue! heehee... i hope all will be fine! & i am the 1st speaker sia... *N years since i had the last debate sia...*

anyway, after discussion, my 2 grpmates, Jia Ning & Vivien wanna go to Chinatown for some groceries shopping so asked me to along too. heehee... I went with them and after that I brought them to city's Korean restaurant for some yummy korean hotplate. i tink it was too spicy for Jia Ning but she really enjoyed very much. & as we r all very hungry, Vivien had a great time eating and eating & not entertaining to our conversation. hahaha... they r both from China & i was kinda scared that with my "cannot make it" Mandarin, i will have a hard time toking to them. but i was totally wrong! 3 of us had almost the same frequency in our thinking and we can easily click off! had crazy time laughing and joking around. & we juz dun mind being "suan" by each other. and many lame jokes juz crack out of no where at times. well, i certainly had a good time laughing last nite & all my food r digested after tat. hahaha...

now with them around, my impression of pple from China really kind of change to the better side... i have nothing agains Chinese from China but i juz feel tat at times, they r too scheming and cunning and overbearing. but now, i tink i am juz being too subjective initially. heehee... oh ya! the 2 gers oso taught me how to differentiate the better Chinese and lousy Chinese. they said Chinese from different parts of China do differ in terms of characteristics and mentality. hahaha... now i noe... mmm...

okok... is photo viewing again....

Me & Jia Ning... she is from Shenzhen & studied in Canberra for 3 yrs. now she is a PR of Australia... a very friendly and easygoing girl who can come up with all kind of funny ideas and impromptu actions which i had a hard time in reacting at times. hahaha..

Vivien & I. how did i noe her? she was sitting next to me in class on 1st day of lecture and after intro, woohoo~ click off ah! she is from Zhe Jiang. she has a quiet outlook but in fact she is not. hahaha.. she can get quite chatty at times and very kind hearted girl. always reminding us tat we need to drink this and tat to keep healthy and to stay away from getting heaty. hahah...

is their 1st time there so i juz let them choose whatever hot plate they wanna. there r 4 choices & tis was our final decision... the hot plate with seafood, tofu and beef! woohoo~~~ yummy... before it boiled, i took a photo of the ingredients... yum yum ah...

Seafood pancake! whahaha... i miss it so so much... the gers like it too... yeahz~!!!

to be scary on how much we can eat, after dinner, Jia Ning & I still can drink Bubble Tea ah!hahaha.. but Vivien was too FULL to even taste a bit of the bubble tea... heehee...
