Jap Curry & Apple Crumble

okok... as i was saying earlier, we had dinner on Fiona's place on Thursday to try on Philip's apple crumble. juz got the photos (Thanks, Phil for dropping by with the photos!) & someone keep urging me to update my blog. so scarifice my dinner time to update 1st ah...

the apple crumble was a success! is Phil's 1st attempt wor... hahaha... Bravo~!!! good job~! juz can we have bigger pieces of apple next time round? heehee... & Fiona's Japanese Curry Rice was good too. woohoo~~~ she din cooked from scratch... mus clarify 1st. she used the paste. haha... but tat was good enough. and curb my craving (temporary). heehee... & after dinner, we juz had a great time laughing and chit chatting in Charlotte's room. mmm... & i was being labelled as "pure" & "innocent". haha... cos i asked alot of out of no where questions after reading the CLEO and COSMO magazines... alot of "i shld noe" quest which i really dunno wor... so they said i am pure and innocent... mmm... i am not even convinced myself for tat description lah. hahaha... anyway, i am too hungry to tink of more to write, juz enjoy the photos lah...

Fiona preparing the chicken for the curry... their kitchen is so "luan" sia! 2 pple r fighting in the kitchen somemore... aiyooo... my job is juz to take photo and they actually "pull" me in... (more details, pls see video at the end)

Phil was suppose to knit all the ingredients together into a dough... but he was not doing tat fine at tis stage... hahaha...

does he look like he is playing play dough? hahah... he was trying to make the crumps but looks like playing "ma-sak ma-sak"... & both of them so "tian cai". when i was in the washroom, they dunno wat is take a photo of the crumbles before baking so no before and after to show ah! ahhaa..

dinner was served! Japanese Curry...

look more yummy with rice served ah... woohoo~~ is really yummy ah!

Charlotte brought home some sushi (no photos again!) & some prawns & octopus...

Dessert time!! yeahz yeahz! Apple Crumble... freshly taken out from the oven... looks good leh...

served with cookies & cream ice cream is really yummy ah! overall rating for the apple crumble: 9 out of 10! (1 mark deducted cos Phil attack me with the apples! - see video)
