the belated entry for "Feast After Exam"...

belated entry since i was away in Perth... some updates before i went to Perth...

FEAST after exam!!!! woohoo~!!!! i decided to be hardworking & cook some yummy food for everyone to celebrate the end of examz... as well as to give my GRAD pressie for my 2 grad-to-be frens, Fiona & Isaac. heehee... however i tink i overcooked and there were leftovers. since the next day was our road trip to Mount Tamborine, i had to be very wasteful tis time and juz feed the dustbin with my yummy food. haiz... & Isaac oso made some delicious mango pudding as dessert for us! Thanks alot! is sweet and yummy!!! let's see wat's on the menu for the nite!

the table of GOOD food!!! woohoo~!!!! after weeks of maggi mee and indo mee, tis is my 1st proper meal ah... exam period ah...

Dish 1: Soy Sauce Chicken.. my grandma's speciality.. i finally succeed!!! there is the "ah-ma" feel in tis dish finally! woohoo~!!! nv throw her face ah... :D

Dish 2: Sweet & Sour Pork.. a recipe which was my 1st try ohh.. shld be okay la.. will be better next time round. whahaha...

Dish 3: Cabbage, Chinese Mushroom & 东粉... "rojak" dish... ahhaha...

Dish 4: Tom Yum Seafood Soup... woooo... nice.... i miss soupy stuff. the tom yum paste is not bad. will try again next time round... tis pot is so BIG so i over estimated the amt of water. hahaha...

Dessert: Mango Pudding!!! wooo... sweet...

FULL dinner!!! in fact is over eat ah! hahaha... but all was good as a form of celebration after exam... Bravo to all for the hard work done to go thru the exam period! good food to award all... yeahz!!!
