Is the new year and i should start the new year with a happy post. however, i just would like to share my thoughts on the current flood situation in Brisbane, a place where i spent 3 yrs of uni life.
as i was watching the pictures and video clips and reading the updates about the situation, i teared. my uni, the apartment where i used to live in are all in waters. familiar places around the neighbour are flooded as well. really heartbreaking to know tat.
praying hard tat the situation will not worsen and that everything will get back to normal soon. praying hard that my friends in Brisbane are safe and sound.
on the other hand, i felt really lucky. lucky that nutting of such happened when i was in Brisbane. is really a blessing in disguise
