childhood friends...

31 Dec.. a day when everyone is having all kinds of celebration to welcome the new year, a fren of mine will be celebrating her special day of getting a yr older! haha... indeed, i tink tat her birth date is really unique and easy to rem. after all these yrs of knowing her, i nv fail to rem her bday. how to forget such a meaningful & siginificant date, rite? haha... so on the 1st day of the new year, Xinxian, Jasmine & I met up with Yunci, the bday girl for a belated birthday celebration. her actual bday is on 31 Dec. as Yunci managed to borrow the car from her cousin for her bday the previous day so we get to catch a free ride from her from our houses. reason being: the close proximity of where we are staying as all 4 us belong to the Toa Payoh/Potong Pasir gang... yeah~!!!

Lunch was at Ma Maison @ The Central. Finally~ i get to try out Ma Maison. hmmm.. there are good comments abt the restaurant and pple r saying that i shld give it a try. well, personally i tink tat the decorations in the restaurant are rather nice and unique. however, although their set lunch is priced at a reasonable range and the quantity match up with the price, the food quality is juz normal. so for me, a 2nd visit to the restaurant will really depends.

dessert was Ice Cream.. seriously icy cold ice cream with ICE within the ice cream lor... Yunci can't even finish up the Mocha ice cream as it was too hard! haha...

chilling out @ TCC... chit chatting abt anything and everything.. catching up on one anOther's gossips and happenings...

come to think, i know these girls since my primary school days. we knew each other way back when we were young girls. we walked together thru our teenage years & our lives of being students. till now, everyone is already working adults. how time flies.. 18 yrs of friendship... 2 more yrs to 2 decades. woohoo~ tat really signifies tat we r getting old ah. anyway, after chatting with the girls, i have anOther motivation to get my driving licence asap. haha.. we wanna go for road trip! so Yunci is urging me to get my licence soon so tat both of us can take turn to drive. whahaha... yesh! yesh!
